1 c. crabmeat
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 T. chopped onion
1 t. salt
2 T. chopped parsley
1 slightly beaten egg
2 T. mayonnaise
12 mushroom caps

1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crabmeat with bread crumbs, onion, salt, and parsley. Add egg and mayonnaise. Mix well. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Sprinkle each stuffed mushroom with buttered crumbs and parmesan. Bake @ 350 until lightly browned.
