1 c. crabmeat 1/3 c. bread crumbs 1 T. chopped onion 1 t. salt 2 T. chopped parsley 1 slightly beaten egg 2 T. mayonnaise 12 mushroom caps
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs Parmesan Cheese
Mix crabmeat with bread crumbs, onion, salt, and parsley. Add egg and mayonnaise. Mix well. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Sprinkle each stuffed mushroom with buttered crumbs and parmesan. Bake @ 350º until lightly browned.
