3 thin roundsteaks cut in strips OR 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat.
2 medium onions sliced.
2 T. flour
2T. butter
2 cans tomato sauce and 2 cans water
1 can tomato paste
1 cup sour cream (1/2 pt.)
salt, pepper, and dill to flavor
2 large cans potato sticks or bag of noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and remove from heat.
Add butter and onions and fry until transparent.
Put meat back into pan with onions and sprinkle with flour.
Stir until all flour is moistened.
Add tomato sauce, paste, water, and seasonings.
Simmer for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving add can of mushrooms and sour cream.
