1 3 lb beef roast (I like rump roast)
1 onion, diced and sauted
1 can green chillis
24 oz jar of salsa (your preference)
flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Seal roast in roasting pan- tightly with aluminum foil. Cook over night at 250.

Next day, shred meat. Save juices. Mix meat, juices, onion, chillis and salsa. Season to taste with garlic powder, onion salt ect.

Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, guacamole and more salsa!
Wrap into tortillas, envelope style and fry in oil.

* One of my friends doesn't like to fry things, so she brushes them with oil and bakes them.

* I also use the meat for tacos and toquitos.
