1 cup long grain rice
2 cups Beef Boullion Soup (Cambells)
1/2 cup butter
Fresh mushrooms (optional)
oregeno
1/2 tsp chopped green onion.

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer about 35-50 min. (Check)

* My kids don't like the mushrooms or onion, so I leave those out. But they LOVE this rice as a side dish. Add some left over chicken or beef and veggies for a meal.
