1 lb sausage 1 small carton plain yogurt or sour cream 1 small chopped onion 2 C. white cheese 2 cans mushrooms 1 loaf of French bread
Brown and crumble 1 lb sausage. Add 1 small carton plain yogurt, or sour cream, 1 small chopped onion, 2 C. white cheese, 2 cans mushrooms, and heat. Spread on a loaf of French bread that has been 1/2ed lengthwise. Broil until browned. Cut into 2-3 inch pieces and serve.
