1 lb ground beef (browned)
1 C. chopped olives
1 can black beans (drained, rinsed)
1 C. sour cream
1/2 onion, chopped
1 C. cottage cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 can tomato sauce
2 C. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add beans, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, and olives to beef. Heat through. Mix sour cream and cottage cheese. In a 9 by 13 casserole dish, layer slightly crushed chips, meat mixture, sour cream mixture, and repeat. Top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Serve with any toppings you might like with tacos.
