1 1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 cups flour
2/3 cup (scant) milk
2 egg yolks

Rhubarb Filling:
5 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat milk with egg yolks. Mix as for pie crust. Divide dough in half. Roll thin. Fill with filling. Cover with top crust. Pan size 15 1/2 x 10 1/2" (cookie sheet). Bake 400 for 15 minutes, then 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. To make filling, cook rhubarb, sugar and flour on low heat before putting in pie. (Watch carefully--sometimes I take out sooner.) I sprinkle crust with sugar before baking.
