1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
25 large marshmallows
2/3 c. whipping cream
4-6 tbsp. creme de menthe
1 cup whipping cream, sweetened and whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chocolate wafer crumbs together with butter and press into a 9-inch pie pan and chill. Melt marshmallows and 2/3 c. cream together in a saucepan. Allow to cool. Add creme de menthe and fold in whipped cream. Pour into chilled pie shell and freeze several hours or overnight before serving.
