4 eggs 2 cups milk 1 cup coconut 4 tbsp butter Dash of salt 1 tsp vanilla 2/3 cup sugar
Put all of the ingredients in blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour into well greased and floured pie pan. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. The pie comes out with a crust and custard filling.
