1 1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/8 tsp salt
4 cups rhubarb (1/2" pieces)
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Make pastry for 2-crust pie. Combine sugar, flour, orange peel and salt. Add to rhubarb. Place mixture in pastry lined 9" pie pan. Dot with butter. Add top crust, flute edges, and cut slits in top crust. Bake in hot oven (425) 40 - 50 minutes, or until juice begins to bubble through slits and crust is golden brown. Partially cool and serve.
