4 cups rhubarb
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, flour, sugar, vanilla and salt together and pour over rhubarb. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 and 40 minutes at 375.
