1 c. butter or margarine 1 c. sugar 2 1/4 c. flour 1 t. soda 1 c. brown sugar 2 well-beaten eggs 1 t. vanilla 1 small pkg. butterscotch chips 2 c. crushed potato chips
Cream shortening and sugars, add eggs. Sift flour and soda together and add to creamed mixture. Add potato chips, butterscotch morsels and vanilla. Shape into walnut-sized balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
