4 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp minute tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in pie shell (unbaked). Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then 350 for 30 minutes. Cool. Cover with meringue and brown in 350 oven.
