1 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream with chives
2 (1 lb) packages frozen chopped hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine hash browns with onion, celery, bell pepper, and cheese. Stir soup mixture into hash browns and pour into a 3 qt. casserole. Top with mixture of corn flakes and 1/4 c. melted butter. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
