1 large head lettuce
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 cups chopped celery
1 pkg (10-oz) frozen peas
2 cups mayonnaise
4 - 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Break or shred lettuce. Add next three ingredients in layers. Cook peas, but reduce cooking time by 2 minutes. Drain and layer over celery. Cover with mayonnaise and sprinkle with sugar. Cover and chill 8 - 12 hours or overnight. Layer cheese, crumble crispy fried bacon on top. Yummers!
