6 cup hot peppers (jalapeno & banana peppers)
6 cup green peppers
8- 10 cups skinned tomatoes, seeded & chopped coarse
1 head of garlic
6 cup onions
2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp salt



Directions:
Directions:
Cook for 1 hour.

Then add: 2 cup sugar, 3 sm cans tomato paste, 3 small cans tomato sauce.

Simmer for 1 hour.

Then take hot pint jars and fill up/seal and turn upside down
