1-1/2 pounds Ground beef
2 medium Onions, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
6 oz Can tomato paste
2 cans Tomato sauce 15 oz each
1/4 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper



Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

To double: 1-1/2 to 3 pounds ground beef, 4 med chopped onions, 4 cloves garlic, 2 6oz cans tomato paste, 4 15oz cans tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp oregano, 4 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper.

This is the "cook all day" spaghetti sauce recipe I have always used - recipe came with my original cookware from 30+ years ago. Haven't found a better tasting sauce recipe yet.
