32 oz sour cream ( I use low fat)

1 bunch green onions, (chopped and sautéed in butter spray until tender)

1 1/2 lbs. ham, cubed (I use turkey ham)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until the sour cream is evenly mixed. Place in a 13x9 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Serve with a salad and you have a complete meal. Make lots, because it's usually a big hit, even if they don't like sour cream.
