2 whole chicken breasts 1/2 cup flour Salt Pepper 2 eggs, lightly beaten 3/4 cup corn flake crumbs 1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese 1/2 cup melted butter
Bone chicken. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the breasts lightly in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, then in a mixture of corn flakes crumbs and Swiss cheese. Brown on all sides in melted butter. Bake at 300º for 45 minutes.
