3 cups chicken (cooked)
1/2 bottle Russian dressing (dark red kind)
1 envelope onion soup mix
10-oz jar apricot preserves
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing, soup mix, preserves and water in saucepan and simmer 15-20 minutes. Add cubed chicken and heat until hot. Serve over rice. Good with turkey too!
