1 lb ground chuck beef
1 tsp instant minced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (7-oz) stems and pieces mushrooms, undrained
1 can (10 1/2-oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheese
1 jar (2-oz) pimento, drained and sliced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp bottled brown bouquet sauce
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Break meat in small chunks in 3-quart casserole. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, soup, cheese, pimento, flour, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly; cover. Place glass dish in microwave oven. Latch door and cook with microwave energy 11 to 15 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes. Stir in cream and bouquet sauce; sprinkle with parsley. Serve over cooked rice or chow mein noodles.
