1 lb hamburger 1 large onion, chopped 1/4 cup corn starch 1 can chicken broth 1 can (8-oz) chow mein vegetables, drained
Brown hamburger and onion. Dissolve corn starch in chicken broth. Pour into meat and onion mixture. Add vegetables. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture bubbles-about 5 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice. Kitchen Bouquet may be added for color.
