One fresh beef brisket, trimmed.

Salt and pepper

3 T. liquid smoke

1/2 bottle Open Pit original barbeque sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Day before: Place on aluminum foil on cookie sheet with edge. Salt and pepper well and pour over 3 T. liquid smoke. Seal and bake at 250 for 5 1/2 to 6 hours. Refrigerate.
Next day: Trim off all fat, jell, etc.
Slice very thin.
Place on aluminum foil and cover with 1/2 bottle Open Pit original barbeque sauce. Seal and bake at 250 for 2 hrs. until heated through.
