Prime rib roast, figure 1/2 lb. per person.

Directions:
Rub prime rib roast with seasoning as desired. Let stand half hour at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 375. Roast uncovered for 1 hr. Turn oven off--don't open door. Leave for 4-6 hrs. One hour before serving, turn oven to 350. Insert meat thermometer and bake to desired temp. for rare, med or well-done.
