1 box of devil's food cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups milk

1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together. Beat four minutes. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Use 9 x 13" pan or two large layer pans.

Boil together sugar, margarine, milk, and cocoa for 1 minute. Beat and add vanilla.
