2 Allspice For Two - If For Four Use 4 Allspice
1 Medium Onion - Sliced
Butter
Salt and Pepper As Desired

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with allspice and onion until almost tender. Do not salt chicken until almost cooked, salting too soon makes the chicken tough.

Fry cooked chicken in butter until nicely browned on the outside.

I remember watching Grandma Musolff frying chicken in her electric frying pan until it was golden brown. This is a simple but delicious recipe.

Grandma would put newspaper down to catch the splatter because it is messy.
