2-3 tbsp. Oil
2-3 tbsp. Chili powder
3 tbsp. Flour
1 1/2 c. Water
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. salsa
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in sauce pan; add chili powder, tomato sauce and salsa. Combine water and flour; mix thoroughly. Slowly add flour mixture into sauce until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
