8 ripe avocados 4 plum tomatoes, small dice 3 Jalapeņo peppers, seeded, minced 2 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped 1 red onion, small dice 2 limes, juiced Salt, Tabasco, and large grind black pepper to taste
Soak red onion in cold water for 20 minutes, drain and rinse. Combine the avocados with the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Smash the avocados a little to form a rough paste as you mix it all together.
