1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup quick rolled oats
1 stick oleo
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Icing:
1/2 cuts nuts
1/2 cup coconut
1 stick oleo
1/4 cup cream or milk
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over rolled oats. Let stand 20 minutes or until cool. Mix oleo with brown sugar and white sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat until smooth. Add oats mixture. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

ICING:
Bring to boil oleo, cream or milk and brown sugar. Remove from heat. Add nuts and coconut. Pour on cake. Put under broiler until bubbles form.
