Halibut steak
Salt
Paprika
Butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Mushroom sauce or Horseradish



Directions:
Directions:
Place halibut in a greased pan. Sprinkle it with salt and paprika. Dot it with butter. Bake it in a moderate oven (325) for about 15 minutes. Combine bread crumbs and cheese and spread over fish. Dot with butter. Bake it for 15 minutes longer or until fish is tender. Serve it with mushroom sauce or horseradish.
