12 hard-boiled eggs
Sweet pickle relish (about 1/2 cup, to taste)
Sandwich spread (about 1/2 cup, to taste)
Salt (about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon)
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
diced onion (about 1/4 cup, or to taste)

After eggs are cool, crack and peel them. slice lengthwise and scoop the yellow out into a small bowl. Add relish (to taste), vinegar, chopped onion, salt, mustard and enough sandwich spread to make mixture the desired consistency. Spoon mixture back into white of eggs. Chill to make flavors blend well and serve.
