1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mini chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening and sugar, add beated egg. Add dry ingredients. Add bananas and sour cream. Add mini chips. Bake at 350 in a greased tin for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
