1 3 1/2-oz pkg vanilla whipped dessert mix (Strawberry whipped dessert mix may be used)
Milk
2 cups strawberries, mashed
1 8 3/4-oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup whipping cream
4 drops red food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dessert mix according to package directions, except use all milk in place of water and milk called for on package. Gently stir in mashed berries, pineapple, nuts and mayonnaise. Whip cream; fold into mixture along with food coloring. Turn into 9 x 9" pan. Freeze. To serve, cut into squares and place on lettuce-lined plates. Top each serving with more chopped nuts, if desired. (Remove from freezer for a few minutes before serving.) Makes 8 - 10 servings.
