4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup rice uncooked
2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Season the chops to taste, roll in flour and brown in oil. (I like to do this in my electric skillet) Move the chops to the outside edge of the skillet and put the rice in the middle. Mix the broth and soup until smooth and pour over rice and the chops. When broth mixture boils reduce heat to simmer and cover the skillet. Cook about 1 hour stirring the rice occasionally.
