1 cup sugar
3 tbsp chocolate-flavored malted milk powder
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
8 cups light cream
2 beaten eggs
1 cup fudge ice cream topping
1 tsp vanilla
Marshmallow ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine sugar, malted milk powder and flour. Gradually stir in 2 cups of cream. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Stir a moderate amount of the hot mixture into eggs. Return to hot mixture. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Add fudge topping; mix well. Chill. Stir in remaining cream and vanilla. Freeze in 5-quart ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. Remove paddles; cover ice cream and allow to ripen for 4 hours. Top with ice cream topping, if desired.
