4 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
4 slices of Swiss cheese
1 10-1/2 oz can cream of chicken
1/2 c Sherry
2 c seasoned stuffing mix (I use Pepperidge Farm)
1/2 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
On the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish, place chicken breast covered with swiss cheese slices
Pour soup and sherry mixture over cheese
Cover with stuffing and drizzle with melted butter
Bake until tender - approx 1 hour
