1 T. yeast
1 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
4 c. flour

1 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 T. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter softened

8 T. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cream cheese (2 oz.)
1/2 t. vanilla
1/8 t. salt

1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let yeast bubble. Mix together sugar, butter, salt, and eggs. Add flour and mix well. Knead dough for about 10 min. in mixer. Let rise for about 1 hour or until double in size.
2. Roll the dough out about 1/4" thick and about 21 x 16. For filling, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread butter then sprinkle sugar. Cut in slices and let raise on pan. Preheat oven at 400 . Bake 10 - 15 min.
3. When rolls come out of oven ice with frosting.
