1 3/4 c. shortening
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, water and slightly beaten egg. Mix dry ingredients, then combine with shortening mixture. Roll out. Makes 4 - 9" crusts.
