6 Slices Bacon
4 Green Onions - Sliced
1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms - Sliced
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
2 1/2 c. Monterey Jack Cheese - Shredded
8 Eggs - Well Beaten
1 c. Milk

Cook bacon until crisp, crumble. In same skillet, saute onions and fresh mushrooms.

In a large mixing bowl; combine bacon, onions, mushrooms, seasonings, cheese, eggs and milk.

Pour mixture into a greased (2 qt.) 9" X 13" baking dish/casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.

Watch for edges of casserole to pull away from sides of dish.
