1/2 pound ground pork
1 oz. fresh spinach, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 pinch 5 spice powder
4 cups chicken broth
1 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms, thinnly sliced
6 oz bok choy sliced 1/8 inch thick
1 medium onion thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
To make pork balls, put pork, spinach, onions and garlic in a bowl. Add five spice powder and soy sauce and mix until thourghly combined. Shape into marble sized balls. These can be made ahead and frozen until ready to use. Bring chicken broth to boil add pork balls and mushrooms, boil ten minutes then add bok choy and onion. Bring to boil and simmer 5 more minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
