1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
3 cups cauliflower flowerets
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 large tomato cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic in salad dressing in a skillet until tender. Add cauliflower and 1/4 cup water. Cooked covered over low heat 10 minutes. Add green pepper cook until cauliflower is tender about 5 minutes. Stir in cubed tomatoe salt and basil and heat through.
