Jello Dessert Recipe

1 pkg lemon or lime Jello
1 large banana, sliced
1/2 cup crushed pineapple

Custard Topping:
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp butter
1 pkg Knox gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup water
1 cup whipped cream

1 pkg red Jello

Prepare jello according to directions, reducing liquid a little. When cool add banana, pineapple and marshmallows. Let set. Cook flour, sugar, egg, pineapple juice and butter in double boiler until thickened. Add Knox gelatin. When cool add whipped cream. Put on top of Jello. After custard has set, top with red Jello which has been prepared according to directions. Let set.
