Mix together in a 1 gallon zipper bag
2 pound bag powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. mint extract (to taste)
(not peppermint!!)
coloring if desired

Directions:
Directions:
*put ingredients in zip bag. squeeze and mix until smooth and sides of bag come clean. roll bits of dough into balls, then coat with granulated sugar to press into molds to shape. do not let sit in molds - shake right out.
* may also be dipped in chocolate after chilling
