8 oz. imitation crab, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
2 tsp. dried oregano
3 pita bread, separated into 6 rounds
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix crab, mayo, pepper, onion, jack cheese and oregano until well blended. Spread 1/6 of mixture on inner, rough side of each pita. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Broil for 4-5 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly.
