7 med carrots, cut in circles
1 diced onion, saute in marg.
3/4 c. Cheese crackers, crushed
1-1/2 -2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
layer boiled carrots, add onion, then crushed crackers, add cheese . Do this twice.
Bake covered 30 mins. at 300 degrees

Uncover, to brown
