1/2 cup oleo
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup mashed banana
3/4 cup flaked coconut
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup coconut
1 tbsp oleo, melted
1 tbsp brown sugar

Cream together oleo, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Add baking powder and salt. Mix well and add mashed bananas and coconut. Blend in flour. Turn into greased 13 x 9" pan. Mix coconut with melted oleo and brown sugar and spoon evenly over the top. Bake in a slow oven (325) 45 minutes. Cut into bars.
