1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
3 Tbls. Butter, melted
1 1/2 Cups Sweet Potatoes, boiled & mashed
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 large unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together potatoes, sugar and milk. Mix in eggs, butter, nutmeg and salt. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then at 325 until it test done.
