4 envelopes Knox Unflavored Gelatin
3 pkgs (3-oz each) flavored gelatin
4 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine unflavored and flavored gelatin; add boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves. Pour into large shallow baking pan (for example 13 x 9") and chill until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
KNOX BLOX VARIATIONS: To help you get started, here are a couple of sample variations we've tried; prepare as directed above, except:
DOUBLE DECKER BLOX - use only 3 cups boiling water; stir in 1 cup (1/2 pt) heavy or light cream.
FRUITY BLOX - use only 2 pkgs flavored gelatin; stir in 1 can (17-oz) fruit cocktail, undrained.
