1 chicken 1 1/2 c. buttermilk 2 c. flour Salt and Pepper 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. margarine
Cut up chicken. Place in bowl. Pour buttermilk over chicken. Mix flour, salt and pepper. iN LARGE SKILLET, HEAT OIL AND MARGARINE. rEMOVE CHICKEN FROM BUTTERMILK. rOLL IN FLOUR AND COOK UNCOVERED IN OIL AND MARGARINE.
