1 c. chopped strawberries 1 tbsp. orange juice 1 tsp. grated orange peel 1 green onion, finely chopped including the top 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. dried currants or chopped raisins 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 4 hours before serving over grilled poultry or fish. Makes 4 servings. Yummm good!
